Confidential telephone consultation service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The counsellors can help you if you are experiencing a difficult situation; they can intervene during a crisis and refer you to the right service to deal with your needs.
The Mistreatment Helpline
The helpline is available every day, without exception, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This service is anonymous, confidential and free.
Service Quality and Complaints Commissioner
Get help to file a complaint or to request an intervention. The complaint is treated in full confidentiality and there is no risk of reprisals.
