In Quebec, sociological background, identity disclosure and reunion support services are under the responsibility of establishments that provide protection and rehabilitation services for youth with adjustment problems and their families.

All requests must be make to the service for sociological background, identity disclosure and reunion of the establishement responsible for the region were the individual was adopted.
